what an amazing collection of photos-houses. locations are revealed in the artist's website. these photos and the intimacy of these houses ranks close to Eugenia Maximova on my list of favorites. to finish of Gilbert's photo of legendarily beautiful Mardin (and an ad shot at the enchanted city on the hill, unrelated to Gilbert but I couldn't help it). these rooms fill my dreams.

funny how these houses go with Pamuk's New Life. no book for Mardin, though.
