My dream house

My dream house is in "The Deep", a 1977 film with Nick Nolte and Jacqueline Bisset (famous for her wet t-shirt). I have recently found out that the movie has been filmed in Australia, Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands. I know the Spanish sunk ship and all the underwater scenes were shot at the Rhone, a Royal Mail Steamer in Tortola, BVI (in the photos). I suppose the house must have been filmed in Bermuda. Somewhat far for a house, but who knows!

As for the film, get it to see a young Nick Nolte, Bisset's t-shirts and sure enough the house by the beach they stay at. Not much else.

The Serpentine Gallery Pavillion

Another place to visit in London this Summer: The Serpentine Gallery Pavillion, a structure that is build anew every year, every summer a different project by a different architect. This year, the structure was designed by Alvaro Siza and Eduardo Souto de Moura.

Other projects include the amazing Pavillion by Toyo Ito in 2002.
