Revolution, as José Saramago described it recently on a radio interview, is happening today. America still capable of rising as the myth-maker. I have seldom seen a global celebration such as today's. As the night unfolds, numbers and issues, a few seconds away, on the top of the hour, I muse at projections and at the future of my American son.
