Pear Vanilla Crumble

here. in the crumble: almonds for walnuts.  pear mixture: add small cup of brown sugar (maple syrup was not enough for the one cup), one vanilla pod (leftover from the jam), ignore ginger and raisins and cook for half an hour before baking. serve with vanilla ice cream.
