Bueberry lemonade, daqui.

Made with an easy blueberry simple syrup, this lemonade is so refreshing, sweet and tangy. It's the perfect way to cool down on a hot day!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
To make the blueberry simple syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in blueberries and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until blueberries have broken down, about 3-4 minutes.
Strain blueberry mixture through a cheesecloth or fine sieve; let cool.
In a large pitcher, whisk together blueberry simple syrup, lemon juice and 5 cups water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
Serve over ice and blueberries, if desired.

Raspberry peach lemonade, daqui.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup agave nectar
6 ounces raspberries
3 medium peaches, sliced
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup water and agave over medium heat until the agave has dissolved, about 1 minute. Add raspberries and peaches, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until raspberries have broken down, about 5 minutes.
With the top cap removed, combine raspberry peach mixture in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute; let cool completely before straining through a cheesecloth or fine sieve.
In a large pitcher, whisk together raspberry peach mixture, lemon juice and 5 cups water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
Serve over ice and raspberries, if desired.

Strawberry lemonade, daqui.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 ¼ cups fresh lemon juice (from about 6 lemons)
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
24-28 oz fresh cold water
ice
Directions
Bring the sugar and water to a simmer in a small saucepot. Stir so that sugar melts completely then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Place the strawberries in a blender and process until smooth. Pour pureed strawberries in the sugar water and stir well. Add the lemon juice.
Combine the strawberry lemon syrup and the cold water in a large pitcher. Stir well and add lots of ice.
Serve lemonade with thin slices of lemons and strawberries.

1 cup lemon curd, homemade or store-bought
8 medium strawberries, hulled and chopped
1/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes

Divide lemon curd between eight (2-ounce) shooter glasses. Top with strawberries and coconut.
