dear Paul Dearman

"Paul Dearman, Trading Law and Technical Manager of Tesco, one of the largest retailers of the world, arrived in the capital on Tuesday to visit the fair. For Tesco, Bangladesh is the second largest sourcing country after China, according to Paul. "Our company is very happy with the quality of apparels being manufactured here and Bangladesh is a fantastic sourcing destination both in terms of quality and price," Paul said while talking to The Daily Star at the fair venue. When asked about the recent propaganda against Bangladesh labour issues in the UK, Paul thought it a misunderstanding of the people in the West about Bangladesh's working and cultural environment. "Our customers are very happy about the 'made in Bangladesh' garments and they like they can buy quality products at low prices," Paul said. Paul suggested that the authorities here take initiatives to encourage business tourists to come here and see the friendly business setups of the country."

absolutamente friendly.

(daqui)

David, dear David:

"Among the participants, David Mayor, managing director of a Spanish textile audit company Phantom Tac, is showcasing his company's new venture in Bangladesh. "Bangladesh's friendly business atmosphere inspired me to set up a joint venture company here. We are focusing on social business and compliance issues so that we could make help those customers concerned about these issues while at the same time help workers who are actually manufacturing the garments," David said." azar, David.
