fresh pasta

unpacking day for a contraption thas has been put away for too long. fresh pasta: easy, velvety smooth, thin, tastier. 100g flour, 1 egg and whatever else (bit salt, bit oregano)/feeds 2.  knead, roll out, cut and dry for a bit. bubbly water for a boil, 3 or 4 min. (sendo raviolis, congelar de imediato num tabuleiro com cama de farinha e mais tarde passar para um saco).
