noma - follow me too

Dear friends,
We have had an exciting past few weeks finalizing details for our temporary relocation to Japan next year and are happy to share some more details about the project.
We are pleased to announce that we will be setting up shop at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo from January 9 through 31, 2015. We are very excited to partner with the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo team and delighted that they will be welcoming our entire team as their guests.
We have already begun to learn about the richness of Japanese food and culture with the team in Tokyo as they've taken us to Tsukiji and the vegetable markets, and introduced us to some special purveyors over the last few months.
Please register here where we will post regularly about the preparations for our adventure over the coming months.
We will also post regular updates about day-to-day life at the restaurant and our kitchen's preparations for the trip to Japan through our new Twitter account: @nomacph; and Instagram account: @nomacph

Please find details on the booking process below:
Bookings between 9 and 31 January 2015 will be available from 23 June 2014.
